We want you to walk in total comfort; if you are not completely satisfied with your Powerstep insoles, you can return them within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original packaging and include proof of purchase to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return and download your prepaid shipping label provided by our system.

• 3.
  Pack Your Insoles

  Securely place the insoles in their original box and attach the shipping label to the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
