Our insoles are sized according to standard US shoe sizes. For the best fit, we recommend selecting your actual shoe size; if you are between sizes, choose the next size up. Most of our products can be trimmed at the toe for a custom fit inside your footwear.
What is your return policy and 'Comfort Guarantee'?
We offer a 30-day comfort guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund or exchange, even if the insoles have been worn or trimmed.
How long do Powerstep insoles typically last?
While durability depends on activity level and usage, most Powerstep insoles provide optimal support for 6 to 12 months. We recommend replacing them once you notice a decrease in cushioning or support to maintain foot health.
